This marked a milestone for the brand for which, again, I played a crucial role. In the build up to shoot day, I scoured London to get hold of an obscene amount of Tesco’s finest ganache (we’re talking 30 tubs!), I ordered an entire wardrobe’s worth of clothes and ensured the studio was ready for the client, the food stylist, the models and the photographer. This included stocking up the studio with snacks, transporting the ganache and catering trolley to location.On the big day itself, I tapped into my years of Production Assistant experience as I kept across all parties, ensuring everyone was fed, watered and happy - all with a smile.
